Shipping & Delivery:
When placing your order, please enter your details and other relevant information accurately. Please note that you need to mention your pin code along with details of any local landmark, in your order form in order to facilitate speedy delivery. All products will be delivered to you within a few working days of placing the order. Please note that at times the delivery of the product could be delayed by a few days, on account of natural calamities such as Heavy rain, cyclone, manmade disasters, including strikes, bandh,etc. Once the product is shipped, we will forward the tracking ID along with relevant details to you so that you can track your product online. In case you need to change the address after placing your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service directly, within twelve hours of initiating your order. 
We do not accept cancellations without due cause, customers will have to notify us for return of order within 24 hours of delivery. So unless there is a defect with the product in question, the order will be processed. In the case of defect, or if you feel that the product is different from the one listed on our website, please contact us right away so that we can replace the product with the right one or one that is in perfect working condition.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept any return order if you have placed the order for the wrong book. So please check the Title of the book, author name and specifically the ISBN number of the book before placing your order. If you have received a damaged or defunct product, kindly return the same back to us in its original package via courier. All courier charges would be refunded by us back to your bank account within seven working days. Kindly enclose a covering letter, stating clearly the reason you are returning the product, and please quote your Order ID or Transaction ID in the same so that we can track your order and resolve the issue quickly. Kindly email us at care@shopvop.in. with a few images of the defective product along with your order ID, full address and contact number. Once we confirm that the product is indeed defective, we will immediately ship a replacement or issue a complete refund, as per your preference. Please note that you need to contact us regarding defective or damaged products within seven days from the date of receipt of the shipment to our office, address mentioned on contact us page.

Please note that we refund all courier charges not amounting to more than ₹ 100/- per product. So in case the charges for shipping the defective product cost more, kindly contact our customer service and we will be able to provide assistance on the same. 

Please check/ verify Title of the book, author, genre and ISBN number of that particular book you need, before placing your order. We do not entertain return of order in case you have placed an order for the wrong book so please review the order details carefully, when placing your order. We issue refunds only in case of product defect, such as torn pages, torn book cover etc. Once you contact us with the details, we will send in a replacement, one that is defect free. In case you are not interested in having your product replaced, then we can issue you with a complete refund, in the form of an e-voucher or a bank transfer. You should receive your money back into your bank account, within seven working days.
Shipping Locations
We can ship our products to any part of India.  Domestic shipments are free of charge for products that cost more than ₹ 1000/-, and we can ship to any pin code pan India and we ship products to Jammu and Kashmir via registered post only. We do handle international shipments as a special case, kindly register your request with all the details with our customer service and we will get back to you on it.

Once you have placed an order, you can review the order detail online, check the status until it is delivered by quoting the Order ID or Transaction ID. Once the product is shipped, we will email the customer with the following information – Tracking number of parcel, mode of shipment, shipment, courier company information and delivery date, so that the customer can track the product on the specific courier company website. If your current location is not serviceable by any of the major courier companies, then the product will be shipped via Indian post, using register parcel which can also be tracked online at Indianpost website.

Please note that the supplier/publisher/ manufacturer may change the pricing of the product before your order is confirmed. While the occurrence is rare, it does happen and when it does, we will contact you right away and ask whether you would want to go ahead with your order or not.
Delivery Period

Generally we ship all products within one to three working days of placing the order. We ship them to our logistics partner, who will deliver the product on receipt, within forty eight hours. Please note that we do not ship merchandize out to customers, during holidays.
Updating Account Information

You can update your account information at any time by visiting the My Account section of the website (look for the link at top-right of any page). Select "ACCOUNT INFORMATION" to update your name or email address and select check box to change password. To update your billing address, please visit "Address Book" link on the left navigation.You can make required changes in your account from the various options available in left navigation on your My Dashboard page.
